Objectives

With this project, we aimed to develop and strengthen the personal and professional competences of young people and adults through the process of non-formal education and informal learning. We sought to empower them for active participation in the community and the world, to enhance their sense of solidarity, and to raise awareness of how individuals can contribute to a better world by embracing diversity, sustainable living, and active engagement. Our goal was to enhance and develop various competences and skills in young people that would help them face everyday life, explore and develop their interests and strengths, and find future employment. Additionally, through this project, we wanted to deepen partnership relations with partnership organizations and create a community of youth workers who would develop, strengthen, and empower other, less experienced organizations through projects and exchanges of good practices, while ensuring quality youth work in their environment and beyond. Project goals: - Provide at least 50 participants with learning mobility experiences through international activities (youth exchanges, mobility for youth workers). - Enable all participants to actively participate in all phases of the project. - Encourage the inclusion and equality of all participants throughout all phases of the project. - Strengthen personal and professional competences and skills of at least 50 participants through non-formal and informal learning, thereby increasing their chances of employment and successfully facing daily challenges. - Enhance social, relational, and intercultural competences among participants, particularly in breaking stereotypes and prejudices, through project activities. - Promote and strengthen digital skills of all participants, especially those with less experience in this field. - Encourage sustainable practices and develop environmentally responsible behavior through the project and activities. - Build a community of at least 15 youth workers who will develop and strengthen through the exchange of good practices and knowledge, and simultaneously empower other, less experienced organizations. - Enable at least 15 youth workers to develop and strengthen their competences for their professional and personal development. - Equip at least 15 youth workers with knowledge about street youth work and new approaches to working with young people. - Strengthen the sense of belonging and connectedness within the EU and beyond for all participants and raise awareness of the opportunities for their active participation within it. - Improve the quality of youth work in local environment and beyond through the project.
