The main objective of the project is to strengthen PiNA and partner organisations in the areas of innovation in youth work, participation, digitalisation and inclusion, sustainable practices and effective communication. By 2027 we want to address several challenges: (1) Low level of innovation and research in the youth sector. We believe that the development of quality youth work requires constant innovation, research, the integration of different sectors and the application of innovations from other sectors in the field of youth work. We believe that it is crucial to pay more attention to the transfer of good practices and innovations between partner organisations. (2) Low level of active participation of young people in public decision-making. Youth sector organisations represent a link between traditional means of participation (including political participation) and new forms of youth participation. As such, they can make a significant contribution to increasing the participation of young people, which requires appropriate knowledge, continuous training in the field of new and innovative methods of involvement, and systematic and follow-up implementation of programmes. (3) Lack of training of youth workers in the two priority areas of the programme (digital, green). Digital and Green are important priorities of the Erasmus+ programme. In practice, we find that organisations are not sufficiently justified to implement sustainable practices in their processes and projects, and they lack knowledge about the use of digital tools in youth work. (4) Low awareness of the importance and capacity of youth organisations to ensure effective dissemination and exploitation of project results. Dissemination and exploitation of results is one of the key phases in the life cycle of projects, but unfortunately it is often not sufficiently expressed as youth organisations lack the knowledge, tools and human resources to ensure effective planning and implementation of dissemination and exploitation of project results. The preparation of the accreditation has encouraged us to think and plan our activities in the field of international learning mobility in a strategic and long-term way, committing us to our active role in the sector, sharing knowledge, experience, transferring practices, building capacity and innovating.
