Young people were still strongly involved in the consequences brought about by the COVID pandemic, but were nevertheless actively involved in finding solutions and solving the situation of young people. We were in constant contact even during and after the pandemic and cooperated in an optimistic view of the situation. Even after the pandemic, we created various activities together based on the ideas of young people and, above all, expressed needs. And one of those was mental health, as young people noticed a big impact of the pandemic on their perception of themselves and their surroundings. They wanted to acquire knowledge in the field of mental health, self-understanding, acquire skills and knowledge for daily coping with changes, circumstances, pace of life and also know how to help peers. We connected young participants from different EU countries with the project. They worked together for 11 days, bridged their differences, learned together, developed as persons, as individuals. They worked on quality ideas, for the common good, developed valuable life skills such as critical thinking, creative expression, compassion for differences in opinion, culture and way of life and a better understanding of these differences. The very idea of the project thus arose among the young people, and the planning already started on previous projects. In this way, we brought the field of mental health, mental hygiene, and personal growth closer to young people and gave them the skills and knowledge to deal with the circumstances in which they live on a daily basis. We promoted European cooperation in the field of youth, gained better capacities of partner organizations for operation at the EU and international level, and promoted mobility opportunities for young people. Through participation in this project, young people gained many skills to be more competitive in the labor market, we also promoted cultural diversity, tolerance, respect and freedom. The project brought together young people from different parts of Europe, and these were the other important goals of this project. The project was also strongly connected with the European goals of the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, especially with goal no. 5 mental health and well-being and no. 8 quality learning, which is what we always strive for in activities. Young people were actively involved in the project, as this is a topic they wanted to research and gain more knowledge on their own. The project followed the set goals, we are satisfied with the results.
