The project was created on the initiative of young people from the local environment. Through the exchange, young people wanted to talk about reckless actions (on social networks), their self-image. They also wanted to mitigate the consequences of the Covid-19 epidemic, which also affected their physical health. The goal of the exchange was therefore a better understanding of oneself and the world around one. The project thus offered young people a better insight into themselves, and it also encouraged everyone's physical and sports activity. According to the principle of ability (everyone can move as it suits them and as much as it suits them. It is important that they moved). With the project, young people were not only active and introspective, but also acquired lifelong learning competencies. Understanding them will also help them develop their career path. The goal was also for young people to acquire knowledge about the tools with which they can take care of good psychophysical well-being and to be the tailors of their own lives. The goal of the exchange was also for young people to become more tolerant and respectful in society, as they will get to know elements of other cultures and learn to accept differences. The aim of the exchange was also for the young people to obtain Youthpass certificates, which will further help them in enforcing references. Knowledge of what competences are and how to recognize them will help them in further learning in life and, ultimately, in finding employment in a domestic or foreign environment. New intercultural knowledge will trigger the effect of a view on society, so that each individual will be able to react differently and more openly in certain situations. The goal of the project was also the inclusion of young people in all phases of the project, which also helped them to make personal progress. In this way, the young people got to know all the phases of the project, project management, and the organization of the event. The purpose of the project was also to spread awareness about the Erasmus+ program and the possibilities it offers to young people. We therefore tried to ensure the project's visibility as high as possible.
