There were three main objectives identified within the project: 1. Increasing of quality of educational process and of process of practical job preparation of people with intellectual disabities and in placing them on labor market 2. Increasing of motivation of employees 3. Strenghtening of international cooperation All the identified objectives were leading to empowering people intellectual disabilities on labor market and on development of more effective measures and tools for job preparation of these people.
The crucial part of activities of our organization is the job preparation and employment of people with intellectual disabiliries. These people are really dicsriminated in all the life areas, including employment. We are running educational-rehabilitation centre BIVIO for 5 years. We provide practical job training within the cente. Beside that we still look for new job possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities and we try to increase the motivation of our employees with intellectual disabilities and to improve the quality of services we provide. That is why we decided to realize the project and to start the cooperation with similar institution in Czech Republic.
