Our target was to provide our students with professional training in an international environment, which is based on a completely different work culture, uses different techniques, technologies, equipment. By implementing the project we wanted to provide students with quality vocational training to ensure equal opportunities, to link the education system with the needs of employers, the labor market and society as a whole, to motivate pupils and teaching staff to expand their knowledge and skills, to teach students to communicate comprehensively and openly, to contribute to the education of free, responsible young people, aware of their rights and obligations and to strengthen the competitiveness of the school.
Our school is constantly striving to improve the conditions for successfully passing the final professional exams of its students and to prepare them for the European labor market. Vocational training abroad supports students' personal and professional skills. It supports students' independence and flexibility and improves their chances of finding a job. Foreign experience brings new perspectives to the work process and experience with solving work assignments. Employers prefer workers who have a comprehensive view of the task entrusted to them. A language-skilled individual who has experience in a foreign company is a benefit for his employer. There are several large foreign companies (New Holland, Class, Volkswagen, Peugeot) in our region, which will appreciate good experts, so this project brings great benefits to our students, especially when applying to the labor market.
