Objectives

In the project, we defined the following goals, which we plan to achieve through its implementation: 1. Incorporation of professional knowledge gained during mobility into ŠkVP in creation and innovation in current study fields, as well as their implementation in school processes and operations. 2. Professional development of the individual potential of all pupils without distinction. 3. Linking theory with practice, preparation for performing a future profession.

Background

Our school, the Secondary Industrial Transport School in Zvolen, is open to challenges and innovations. Our efforts are aimed at making it a modern educational center providing lifelong learning. This effort also includes the implementation of various projects. In the Erasmus+ program, we involved students from all fields of study as well as school employees, i.e. teachers, in the project. Our next project is "Multifunctional educational polygon in transport and industry", the aim of which, among other things, is to innovate existing study fields and also to introduce a new study field "Intelligent systems in transport and industry". In the creation of a new ŠkVP and the innovation of already existing ŠkVP, we plan to use the professional knowledge gained during the foreign mobility of teaching staff and school management. At the same time, the acquired professional knowledge and skills of our students during the foreign internship will complement and expand their knowledge acquired during their studies at our school.
