Within our project we wanted to achieve: 1) to acquire skills for working in a multicultural environment Our pupils in the field of Teaching for Kindergarten and Nursery Education come into contact with pupils from such backgrounds and need to acquire a set of competences to better cope with working with such pupils. It was the mobility within the project that enabled us to acquire such competences. 2) communication with children in pre-primary education in a foreign language Our pupils had the opportunity to practise and improve their communication in a foreign language with children in the pre-schools of our project partner. 3) acquiring the basics of foreign language teaching methodology for preschool children The pupils had the opportunity to test their methodological readiness for conducting the teaching process in practice. The secondary objectives of the project were to integrate the new knowledge into the functioning of our school, so that it contributes to the change of our school environment and the sustainability of the change.
We are a private vocational secondary school and our aim is to acquire, develop and strengthen partnerships with foreign organisations in order to modernise, improve and enhance the quality of the teaching process taking place at our school. Our aim is to enable pupils to come into contact with foreign language, multicultural environments on a regular basis and through this contact to broaden their horizons and thus gain better preparation for their future profession. Through these processes we are able to ensure the transfer of good, modern and innovative practices and methods from abroad to our own organisation. Build capacity for international collaboration within our school. And to create an environment for sustainable change, or the sustainable implementation of change and innovation in the functioning of our school, both at the level of leadership, teachers, processes and the pupils themselves. The goal is a good and quality preparation of graduates for the current needs of the labour market.
