Through the project, we wanted to develop the profiled study fields of the school. As part of the project, students' social and digital skills were developed. The long-term goal of the project was the development of key, language, communication, personal and interpersonal competencies in students. By actively working in a real working environment, students had the opportunity to develop key competences at an international level. In addition, the aim was to develop entrepreneurial skills and attitudes in students, which can be obtained by integrating into the running of a company and performing work related to the given fields. Last but not least, the goal of the project was to create foreign partnerships and contacts with a vision of further cooperation. During the previous years, but especially now, we have established very professional and friendly relations with our foreign partners, and as an accredited organization, we will use this in future mobilities. As part of the Erasmus+ program, we have the opportunity to get students beyond the borders of not only our city but also the country. We want to lead them to independence and responsibility and through active work, raise them to be experts in the given field.
The school reflects on the needs of the labor market, which is why it innovates the current method of training future entrepreneurs in the school system. By developing key and professional competences, students can improve their ability to set up and run a business in the field of tourism. The essence of our project was the transformation of the educational system by placing students in real working environment, connecting theory with practice abroad, that is, at the international level, and developing soft skills. From the context of the project and the school, it follows that the school provides students with solid and high-quality foundations in vocational education, taking into account the individual needs and abilities of the students. The effort is to motivate students to become an overall developed personality, to be able to think critically, to adapt to the needs of the employer and the colleagues, while not forgetting individuality and self-development. We have several employers in the district with whom we cooperate or implement dual education. However, we want to provide students with an education at an international level using knowledge from the field of business and logistics.
