Background

Our organization trains professionals for jobs in the mechanical and electrical engineering industry. The constant development in these sectors requires continuous training of the teachers themselves. That is why we decided to join the Erasmus+ project and enable our teachers to expand their knowledge and skills abroad. We focused on professional and digital skills, while supporting their language learning. Through the project, we wanted to improve the school's international activities, establishing contacts with foreign schools with a view to further cooperation in the field of learner mobility. In addition, we gained important skills for the implementation and management of Erasmus+ projects and started to build capacity for future
