By implementing the Erasmus+ project, we aimed to enrich the academic and professional lives of mobility participants. Each new experience a person gains changes their perspective on their life and surroundings. Participation in mobility programs has thus become both a tool and a means for students and staff to acquire new knowledge and experiences, thereby expanding their "personal portfolio," which contributes to the overall development not only of the university but also of society. Additionally, we hope to motivate undecided students and staff of our university towards professional growth within their respective fields of study or work through examples of good practice and personal experience within the Erasmus+ program. We made every effort to include and provide opportunities for disadvantaged students and employees to participate in mobility abroad. Lastly, through active information sharing, we sought to influence the way mobility participants travel, encouraging them to use "green" means of transportation to at least partially reduce the negative impact on the climate.
