Implementation of the project KA131 2022 within the new programming period of Erasmus+ programme, we have built on the previous Erasmus+ projects among programme countries. The Erasmus+ projects are an integral part of the implementation of the strategic objectives of the Technical University of Zvolen and its Long-Term Plan for the years 2017 - 2023. Mobility of staff and students is also of irreplaceable importance for the internationalisation of the university as well as for the personal development of the participants. The main goal in implementing the Erasmus+ KA131 project is supporting the students and employees of the Technical University in Zvolen (TUZVO) by providing them the opportunity of education and training outside of TUZVO, outside of Slovak institutions and therefore providing their not only professional, but also personal growth. This leads to broadening their horizons in various topics, using their experience in getting better job opportunities, being active in the society and creating conscious and active European citizen. We aim at supporting students to study at foreign universities, strengthen their language skills not only in English language, but ideally also native language of the country they spend their mobility in. This will lead to creating international professional and personal networks and transfer of knowledge across Europe. Participating in the Erasmus+ mobilities increases also societal skills, soft skills, quality of life of students directly or indirectly through transferring the knowledge gained through the Erasmus+ mobilities of the university employees. This will create a societally and environmentally conscious and sustainable future for Europe. The overall objective of the Technical University in Zvolen is to increase the number of the Erasmus+ mobilities, specifically to increase the number of student mobilities for study.
