By the project Erasmus+ KA131 2022, we were willing to achieve what we are willing to achieve by each previous mobility project. Our goal was to reach numbers of mobilities we applied for and to spend the budget we were awarded. Not by all means, but focusing on quality. By strict selection procedure we awarded the best students and graduates to spend a semester (or two) at a highly ranked art academy abroad or have a practical experience in a renowned art studios during their traineeship. This project was also an opportunity for employees of AFAD in Bratislava: for lecturers to visit premises of partner art academies, meet with local artists allowing to make workshops along with students; share and teach their own art production during lectures or simply being on mobility abroad and being inspired. Administration staff from AFAD had similar opportunities within their own field: visiting partner school abroad having a chance via meetings and discussions to see functional practices, being inspired as well, bringing back to AFAD new approaches gained by exchanging know-how.
