The main goal of the project was to enhance international cooperation outside the EU, fostering collaboration with partners from third countries not associated with the program, including Ukraine, in the Eastern Partnership 2 region. The project focused on equality, inclusion, diversity, and fairness, ensuring access to international experience and education in line with gender equality principles. The initiative supported Ukraine’s higher education transformation through collaboration with European universities, aligning with UJS’s internationalization strategy (2022-2027). The project supported European organizations in addressing the challenges of globalization, sustainability, and digital transformation, emphasizing international mobility and cooperation with third countries while strengthening the EU's global role. Another goal was to improve the quality, modernization, and internationalization of education and research in both institutions, effectively utilizing financial resources and promoting participants' personal and professional growth, including the development of intercultural competencies and expertise, and ensure the recognition of participants' skills and qualifications.
