The aim of the mobility project was to internationalize educational and scientific-research activities at the University of Prešov and the University of Monastir (Tunisia) by involving students and staff from both participating universities. It follows on from the successful KA107 project from 2019 with the aim of expanding the areas of cooperation to include new topics. Within the student mobility, the aim was to give doctoral students access to modern laboratory methods, equipment, and subjects that are not available at their home universities, thereby supporting their dissertations and future scientific publications. In terms of teacher mobility, the aim was to bring about a mutual transfer of knowledge and experience and to strengthen the quality of teaching and research in areas such as analytical chemistry, green chemistry, biopolymers, and nanotechnology. We see the project as a means of increasing the internationalization of both partner universities, building new professional contacts, and supporting joint research activities that lead to the creation of innovative study programs and syllabi and to publications in renowned scientific journals. The main objective was to contribute to linking education with research.
