The main objective of our project was to contribute to the main goal of our accreditation: to improve the quality of youth work in the participating countries and to achieve a high impact on young people in topics that are key for our organisation. The specific objectives we had set were as follows: To build a continuous network of collaborating organisations and to set common strategies to address the problems of today's young people and to address their identified needs. To develop the competencies of youth workers in designing and implementing programs that will develop the personal uniqueness and personal potential of young people in this world and help them grow as individuals. To develop the competences of youth workers in personal leadership in order to set a positive example for young people. To build attitudes of solidarity among young people so that they learn to see and respond to the needs of those around them. In our work with youth workers, we have mainly focused on building a quality network of partner organisations, responding to the common needs we identified during the first mobility and the innovative approaches we want to implement in our work with young people. In our work with young people, we have again focused mainly on building their attitudes of solidarity, so that they change their attitude from passive to active and want to look for ways to contribute to a better life in the community in which they live and how to become more involved in the benefit of others.
