Already in the 2nd year of accreditation, the implementation of our project brought about the implementation of 2 mobilities for youth workers and 1 youth exchange. The goals of our project were: Expand/develop international, but also local partnerships During the implementation of the project, we established 20 new international partnerships. We also expanded partnerships with local stakeholders, i.e. 3 elementary schools and 5 secondary schools, thanks to which we were able to more closely involve target groups from the given institutions. During the project, we devoted ourselves to improving the quality of our existing partnerships, which resulted in several joint projects at the international level as well as at the local level. Increase awareness of the possibility of implementing your own youth exchange and motivate or teach young people to organize their own project: During the implementation of the project, we managed to organize dozens of workshops to present the EU possibilities for young people, and thanks to this we supported the creation of an informal group that implemented the youth exchange "Mind, body and soul" in June 2023, as well as the creation of a new international informal group of young people, which decided to implement a youth exchange with France during July 2023 in France, and the 2nd part of the project will be in Slovakia in 2024. Improving the quality of participants' preparation for the project: From the beginning of the implementation of the accredited project, we focused on improving the quality of the participants' preparation processes. Several changes were made thanks to feedback from participants from the implementation of 5 mobilities in 2022/2023 in Slovakia and from cooperation and participation in dozens of mobilities of our foreign partners. The second half of the accreditation brought the realization of our accredited mobilities as well as the realization of mobility with the French organization. During the accreditation period, we were involved in more than 60 international projects, to which we sent participants, when finally after covid the full implementation started. Thanks to this, we sent more than 300 young people, youth workers on mobilities, and the evaluation of the quality of the training was very positive. Primary/Secondary School Teachers/Youth Workers will use their newly learned knowledge in schools, while learning in a formal way, after completing the Training Courses. Development of cooperation with secondary and primary schools (in the vicinity of Kysúc): We fulfilled this goal of our accredited project through targeted workshops directly for teachers, youth workers, implementation of youth worker mobilities, participation of youth workers in the mobilities of our foreign partners. We carefully focused on monitoring the impact on the participants through personal interviews after the mobility, how the participants use their newly acquired competences in the schools and in the organizations in which they work. As mentioned above, new local partnerships were created - 3 primary schools and 5 secondary schools. Mainly youth workers from secondary schools, whether from long-term partnerships or new ones, used our offers. Regular organization of training courses for youth workers: By implementing mobilities and preparatory visits to improve the quality of mobilities, as well as the subsequent planning of 5 other mobilities in the new accredited project, we tried to fulfill this goal as well. Employees of the organization, whether internal or external, were also given the opportunity to participate in mobilities to acquire new competencies, which they were given the opportunity to use in our activities.
