Be Prepared! : The Scout Motto of the Scout movement, has been used by millions of Scouts around the world since 1907 , which means, you are always in a state of readiness in mind and body to do your DUTY; The main idea of Bilateral Youth Exchange project “Be Prepared”, came from the youngsters side who are the active members of both partner organizations; Project aim was to develop young people competencies and knowledge in outdoor education. The project had following objectives: - to give an intensive self-experience for the participants. - to give a theoretical knowledge and practical skills about using experiential education with fewer opportunity youngsters. - to teach about the usage of outdoor education - techniques, methods, activities, how to use outdoor activities in order to reach specific goals (self confidence, competences, active life style) - Promote healthy life style, exchange good practicies in scouting. - To increase multicultural competences among participants and strengthen relationship between partner organizations and youth from partner organization network; - Plan and participate in a range of outdoor activities and develop knowledge and skills for participating safely in these activities.
