The aim of this project is to increase the professional competencies of teachers in distance education during the pandemic period and to meet our school's need for an adaptable lesson plan for special students in distance education. In addition, it is aimed to gain experience in teaching methods by conducting interactive activities in the context of environment and climate change in order to share experiences of cross-country disability education and rehabilitation practices through on-the-job observation. By experiencing the mixed education models of our foreign partner school, Haldenwangschule, which has nearly 300 years of experience, students were made aware of environmental protection and sustainability of water resources together with their peers.
By increasing the professional competencies of our teachers with the web 2.0 tools course in distance education, in which we gained limited experience during the pandemic period, our school needed lesson plans that could be adapted to special students in distance education. Experience in teaching methods was gained through on-the-job observation and interactive activities in the context of environment and climate change to share the experience of cross-country disability education and rehabilitation practices. The blended education models of our overseas partner Haldenwangschule school, which has nearly 300 years of experience, were experienced. Our students, together with their peers, were raised awareness of environmental protection and sustainability of water resources.
