With this project * As stated in our 2019-23 school Strategic Plan; - To increase the employment rates of our students. - Increasing the professional competence of our teachers through EU projects * Our project; In the 2023 Education Vision; -"Strengthening Training-Employment-Production Relationship in Vocational and Technical Education" * As stated in the Article 89 of the 11th Development Plan; - '' The need to provide vocational training and institutional structuring in accordance with the qualifications and ways of doing business in our country continues, and the demographic window of opportunity should be used to transform the young workforce to meet this need. '' * Our project; EU program "Reducing early school leaving" and also 'Combating Climate Change and Environmental Protection' We want to realize an EU internship program in line with goals.
The most important need of our school is to train our students as a qualified workforce for the sectors to be employed in terms of their skills and competencies.The preparation of this project, which will enable our students who take Electricity and Electronics at our school to receive education and internship in EU countries on renewable energy sources, is the product of a joint work. We want to ensure a continuous cooperation, experience, information and technology exchange with European institutions in order to bring our school to international level of service quality and to reach EU standards. Our participants; They will gain an international experience by breaking their shells and will find an internship opportunity within the scope of renewable energy and solar energy production. It will gain awareness of meeting EU values,protecting the climate and nature. Our project will bring quality vocational education and our graduates EMPLOYMENT.
