By implementing our project; -To train our students as qualified intermediate staff in the field of European education in line with the needs of the sector. -To ensure the integration of disadvantaged students into society by employing them -To encourage collaboration, quality, inclusiveness, equality, excellence, creativity and innovation in our students and teachers, -To ensure that our teachers and students become sought-after individuals by increasing their digital competence, -To strengthen the sense of European identity and active citizenship by increasing foreign language proficiency, -To raise awareness of multiculturalism for our students and teachers who come together with different cultures, -Increasing our students' adaptation to social life by developing work discipline, -To provide participants with foreign language skills and practical experience, - Increasing employment through practical applications, -Reducing early school leaving, -We wanted to create international cooperation networks for our school.
Our school is a vocational training institution that provides education and training to train qualified personnel for the tourism sector in the fields of food and beverage services (kitchen) and accommodation and travel (housekeeping). Our students in the field of accommodation and travel services, especially hotels, planes, ships, trains, etc. Our students, who work in the field of food and beverage services in a wide variety of fields, are employees who can find employment opportunities in local, regional, national and international areas, especially in catering services, as well as in all kinds of institutions that have a kitchen. Our students must be professionally equipped and know a foreign language for their employment in the national and international arena. Our project was implemented in order to meet the need for qualified intermediate staff in the tourism sector who can use foreign languages practically and follow the developments in their field. With our project, our disadvantaged students improved their digital competence and cross-skills through the activities. They will be easily employable thanks to the professional qualifications they have gained.
