The project aimed to enhance international mobility for students and staff, focusing on health and well-being, and fostering a sense of community through cross-cultural engagement. We sought to raise awareness of European values and strengthen strategic partnerships, boosting both incoming and outgoing mobilities. The initiative also aimed to create an inclusive academic environment, empowering participants to become global citizens and responsible decision-makers. By offering opportunities for cultural understanding and skill enhancement, the project aimed to position the university as a leader in internationalization efforts. Moreover, it emphasized inclusivity, ensuring equitable access to learning, training, and teaching opportunities, especially for those with fewer opportunities. Our goal was to inspire similar initiatives in other institutions, contributing positively to society.
