The primary goal was to promote active participation in international mobility programs for both students and staff, addressing health challenges and contributing to overall well-being. The initiative aimed to foster a sense of community through cross-cultural engagement and raise awareness about European projects and common values. Additionally, the project sought to strengthen relationships with strategic partners, increase both outgoing and incoming mobilities, and create an inclusive academic environment. Simultaneously, it aimed to nurture the personal growth of participants, empowering them to become responsible decision-makers and global citizens. The experience provided an opportunity for participants to broaden their cultural understanding, enhance various skills, and raise awareness about the European project. Overall, the project aimed to position the university as a trailblazer, inspiring other institutions to emulate similar efforts and contribute positively to society. Our overarching goal was to cultivate an inclusive environment ensuring that students and staff with fewer opportunities could access learning, training, teaching processes, and other opportunities provided by the Programme on an equal and fair basis.
