While implementing this project, our primary objective was to raise awareness about the Erasmus+ program within our institution and to ensure a sustainable increase in participants. We aimed to make Erasmus+ opportunities more accessible to a broader audience, including both students and staff. Additionally, key strategic goals were strengthening our communication network with existing partner universities and expanding our partner network by establishing new academic partnerships. These new collaborations contribute to our institution's overall quality of education and lay the groundwork for expanding international research cooperation. Through the project, we provided our participants with international experiences that enhanced their intercultural competencies and offered new perspectives, helping them become more competitive in both their academic and professional lives. The experiences gained through the Erasmus+ program not only added value to their resumes but also supported their long-term career development. At every stage of the project, we fully adhered to the guidelines outlined in the ECHE (Erasmus Charter for Higher Education), the Erasmus Programme Guide, and the Erasmus Implementation Handbook. This adherence ensured the project's effective implementation and high standards. It also contributed to minimizing the challenges faced during student and staff mobilities. Finally, this project has strengthened our institution's internationalization strategies, providing a solid foundation for future Erasmus+ projects. As a result, we expect the number of participants to increase each year, while international collaborations will be expanded sustainably.
