The education and training activities of students and staff through international mobility programs play an important role in their social, cultural, linguistic and professional development. With these mobilities, we aimed at the social, cultural, linguistic and professional development of our students. In this context, we wanted our students; - to improve their social skills by developing social activities with their peers in different countries, - to gain cultural awareness by recognizing the cultures of different countries, - to improve their foreign language communication skills by having the opportunity to practicea foreign language during the mobility process, - to participate in education and training activities in universities in different countries to observe innovative practices and develop their knowledge and experience in this field, - to improve their self-confidence by participating in education and training activities in different countries, - to gain motivation to work in different countries. We also aimed to provide students and staff from different countries with the opportunity to study and train at our university to increase their awareness of our innovative practices, culture and language.
