The main objective of the project was to provide learning and professional development opportunities for students and staff from Gebze Technical University, Sabancı University and Boğaziçi University.Through the facilitation of internship and staff mobility, the aim of the project was to enhance participants' skills, knowledge and intercultural competences. The collaboration with non-academic partners provided further support for the universities in offering internship opportunities to students, thereby reinforcing the connection between academia and industry. With a particular emphasis on internships and staff mobility, the project sought to promote practical experiences, enhance perspectives, and facilitate international cooperation and knowledge exchange among the participating institutions.
