The primary objective of implementing this project was to support the broader educational and professional development goals of our institution. Mobility projects play a pivotal role in the internationalization of education by offering students and staff the opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse cultures, educational systems, and professional environments. This exposure enables participants to gain new perspectives, skills, and knowledge through engagement with varied teaching methodologies, research practices, and cultural settings. Through this project, our institution sought to enhance the professional development of staff by facilitating opportunities for training, job shadowing, and collaboration with international colleagues. Such interactions are invaluable in keeping our academic and administrative personnel updated on the latest trends and best practices within their respective fields. The ultimate aim was to foster international collaborations and establish new partnerships, aligning with our institution’s strategic goal of expanding its international policy and presence in the global educational landscape.
