Participation in Erasmus offers ATU the chance to send/receive students and staff, providing them with the opportunity to live, learn and work abroad, enhancing their individual, academic, and international competencies required in today’s global environment. These mobilities supply students by acquiring new competencies, improving their language skills as well as the chance to reflect on their respective disciplines from an international vantage point. The exchange activites of students and staff with the hosting partners broaden perspectives and minds. The students will gain valuable skills to have a successful start into future careers, improving the employability of them. Simultaneously, ATU can include its researchers and staff in European and international projects and research, providing additional funding opportunities through Erasmus, bringing academics from different countries together to jointly develop and engage in international research and projects.
