The project with mobility activities contributed greatly not only to individuals who benefited from the programme in terms of gaining a new horizon, experiencing a different curriculum, learning and teaching environment, cultural awareness, linguistic improvement and self-sufficiency but also to institutional profile of KOU. We strongly believe that every single piece of international partnerships and cooperations help us to share and receive knowledge to improve as a whole and be a more competitive, reformist and modern institution to take place in European Higher Education Area. In addition to the added value in the modernisation of our institution, we wanted our graduates and staff with participation to the programme to be more qualified and both to be an important figure in the prosperity of European Society with their rising cultural awareness, competitiveness and employability.
