This Student and Staff Mobility Project aims to enhance the Internationalization Strategy through the mobility of University students and staff between Program and EU countries. The mobility objectives of Abdullah Gül University are as follows; - To enable AGU students and staff to gain international experience in internationally qualified higher education institutions, - To give students and staff the opportunity to acquire new knowledge, skills and methods, - To increase the visibility of AGU in the international arena, - Creating an international campus environment with a large number of international students and staff, - To provide the opportunity for Erasmus students to learn new knowledge, skills, methods and culture at AGU, which is a higher education institution with qualified infrastructure facilities and rich academic and administrative staff. With the implementation of the Project AGU; - Provided mobility opportunities for students, researchers and academicians, enabling them to be in different educational, social and cultural environments. - Increased the cultural diversity and richness of the institution. - It has become compatible with European teaching and diploma standards. - Increased the prestige of the institution. - It has produced multilingual graduates. - Increased the visibility of the institution in national and international rankings and raised the achievement scores. - Provided richness of curriculum. - Improved the quality of teaching staff. - Benefited from the rich partnership network created by the EU.
