EPO Internship Consortium aimed to contribute to the career management plans of students before and after their graduation and to support them in developing skills for success after graduation.The consortium offered students and staff the opportunity to gain a vision for their personal competencies such as self-confidence and strong communication skills,as well as the experience and academic contribution.EPO Internship Consortium has adopted a transparent and fair approach in all processes.One of the aims of the project is to find better and more reliable internship places for students through the cooperation of partner institutions and to increase the diversity of internship institutions.We aimed to enable Turkish students to engage in cultural interaction in EU countries with the concept of "mobility", which is the basic philosophy of Erasmus. Within the scope of the EPO Consortium 2021 project, a total of 18 internship activities, 8 training and 9 teaching activities were carried out in 13 countries.In total, 35 mobilities were carried out within the scope of the project. It is aimed for university students studying in the Aegean Region and administrative and academic staff working at these universities to benefit from Erasmus.
