In the framework of 2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000055434 project, Kayseri University regards an international experience as beneficial to the personal and professional development of the learner. Kayseri University creates opportunities for learners to enhance connections - personal and academic. In this project we realized 11 mobilities, of which 1 student mobility and 10 staff mobilities, to 7 different countries. The objectives for implementing this project were enhancing the international academic knowledge exchange, the growth of creating academic cooperation between Kayseri University and its partner institutions, broadening University profile by engagement with institutions with complementary or similar profiles, increasing the opportunity of acquiring a digital and intercultural skill set, better understanding of broadening professional and personal networks, which can lead to increased career opportunities. Another key goal of implementing this project was to ensure a smooth student and staff mobility process. We aimed to utilize the entire grant allocated to our institution efficiently. In addition, we increased the number of countries and universities with which we have agreements.
