Initially, a grant of 42600 Euro was allocated to us. We did our best to use budget efficiently There was no grant refund in the interim report. We have more than reached our target by carrying out 7 mobility activities for study. 3 of our outgoing students are male and 4 are female. For student internship mobility, three students could benefit from it. 6 staff benefited from the staff teaching mobility. 5 staff were sent for mobility from the personnel training mobility. İn total, we used 34058 Euro for all mobilities. We have not used any payment from Mobility Organisational Support (8400 Euro) until now. The total number of people benefiting from the project is 21. During this process, unfortunately we have faced some difficulties and problems. One of our traineeship mobility student (Yaser Adel Mohammed Salem Ahmed) have not gotten in contact with us after he completed his mobility. He did not fill in participant reform and send. He did not return our all calls and other official transactions. He did not pay back grant given him. So, we decided to start due legal process with our relevant legal board. One of our study mobility student (Ahmed Alkenj) faced some technic problems when he entered Germany. He was not allowed to move Poland and after all he did not complete the mobility. But recently, he paid back the grant given him.
