We sought to foster stronger partnerships between our institution and partner universities, encouraging collaborative research and shared academic resources. We aimed to promote cultural understanding and diversity among participants, helping students develop a global perspective through direct experience in different educational environments. We intended to enhance students' employability by providing them with unique opportunities to develop soft and hard skills, such as adaptability, communication, and intercultural competence. Our goal was to increase student mobility, allowing participants to gain international experience that enriches their academic journey and personal development. We aimed to gather feedback from participants to assess the project’s impact and identify areas for improvement in future Erasmus programs. Overall, our overarching goal was to create a transformative educational experience that would benefit students academically, personally, and professionally.
