In parallel to the internationalization strategies of our university, we aimed to enhance internationalization by strengthening our global presence and reputation through partnerships with institutions across Europe; create new mobility opportunities and partnerships with institutions in different countries; give our students access to high-quality educational experiences and training and attract international students and staff to foster a more diverse academic environment. Especially mobility of academic staff would encourage the adoption of best practices and innovative teaching methods learned abroad and promote collaboration on joint research projects and academic programs. Mobility experience would also improve employability by providing international experience and intercultural competencies of the students.
