Under the scope of KA131 Erasmus+ Higher Education Mobility project, we aimed to raise awareness and interest in the Erasmus+ programs by increasing quantity and quality of student and staff mobility at our institution. One of the key approaches and targets was to make Erasmus+ program’s rules and regulations to become part of the corporate culture and to be well adopted by all the academic and administrative staff members especially by Erasmus Departmental Coordinators and Erasmus+ Selection Committee members. We planned to highlight the valuable contribution of the Study and Traineeship mobility opportunities for students’ education and workplace experiences during their studies while staff mobility opportunities were planned to be used for encouraging staff members to develop their professional and social competences. We aimed to ensure that the project opportunities would reach to all students and staffs equally and transparently and would be recognized at all levels as part of the internationalization strategy of our institution.
