Akdeniz University International Relations Office (IRO), responsible for carrying out Erasmus+ KA1 Learning Mobility ofIndividuals, started the project on the 01st June, 2022 and it lasted for 26 months. Within the scope of our project, student mobility for studies, Student mobility for traineeship, Blended Intensive Program student (BIP) mobility, Short Term Doctoral Traineeship mobility, Staff Mobility for Teaching and Staff Mobility for Training mobility announcements have been made. During this period, 83 students for mobility for studies, 50 students for traineeship mobility, 16 staff completed staff teaching mobility and 13 staff completed training mobility successfully. The International Relations Office has worked cooperatively with Erasmus+ Department Coordinators to carry out the project. Within the university, Unit International Relations Coordinators were responsible for student affairs, while International Relations Department/Programme Coordinators were distributed throughout the departments and report back to the Institutional Exchange Coordinators in the IRO. There have been almost 200 Erasmus program coordinators in our university. There were regular meetings with all the coordinators to evaluate the system and give information about new developments and changes. This mobility project improved cooperation with the higher education institutions within Europe thanks to student and academic staff exchanges. The beneficiaries of the programme improved their awareness towards different achievement.
