First of all, we aimed to improve our mobility numbers by asking for extra budget from our National Agency and using the whole budget until the end of the project. On the other hand, through cooperation between our institutons with our partners, it was aimed to increase the attractiveness of other higher education institutions in different countries. To be able to enhance this, we visited some of our partner institutions with our Rector within the project period. The other crucial aim was to improve teaching and learning languages and promote intercultural awareness in our institutions. During the project, we realized Staff Mobility For Teaching and Traning and Student Mobility for Studies and Traineeship activities. With Staff Mobility for Teaching, our staff experienced new teaching environments and this fosters their interest to expand our network with the other institutions and apply the good practices that they have experienced to their academic environment. Staff mobility also leads to new collaborations especially for student mobility for studies.
