With this project is to enhance the international cooperation capacity between European and Turkey universities and especially Kars,where we are here in through the student mobility at short, first, second and third degrees and staff the improvement of the transparency and recognition of studies and qualifications.The main objective of the program is to escelate the number of the students attending the exchange to broaden their worldview while learning and it will promote the establishment of joint research programmes,thus contributing to the sustainability of cooperation among partners and improving university staff skills and qualifications.In addition to these it is not only contributing cultural benefits but also helps eliminating the prejudice against foreigners provide priceless benefits.As a closed city in social relations sense,the benefit of the program are invaluable for both students and staff.It will contribute to the development of Kafkas University in remote areas and to the provision of further education and research facilities with potential groups.We expect that participating in the Erasmus+Programme, the Erasmus+ multilatreal projects and networks will significantly increase the student and staff mobility.
