Bilkent University joined Erasmus Program activites in 2004 with the implementation of Erasmus pilot project in Türkiye. Since the implementation of Erasmus Program in Turkey, Bilkent University always aimed to send and receive more students and staff then the previous years. The University's close relationship with the leading universities in Europe has helped its students and staff to participate to the Erasmus Program mobility tracks and this continuous and fruitful cooperation with the European partners contributed to Bilkent University's vision of internationalization.
