Objectives

This higher education mobility project facilitates students' physical mobility throughout all study domains and cycles (short cycle, bachelor, master and doctoral levels). Students have the option of studying abroad at a partner higher education institution or completing a traineeship in a company, organization, research facility, lab, or any other pertinent workplace overseas. Additionally, this project encourages teachers from our university who wish to instruct and train students or staff at higher education institutions in professional development activities overseas. This project aims to contribute to the education activities of our university students and staff in the institutions we have a bilateral agreement within the Erasmus program. Staff mobility for teaching assignments is a field of work that enables a staff member, who is required to lecture at a higher education institution that holds an ECHE license in Türkiye, to teach students at a higher education institution that holds an ECHE license in one of the program countries and to carry out academic/educational activities jointly with the partner institution concerning lecturing. The field of activity known as Erasmus staff training mobility enables employees of higher education institutions in Türkiye that are members of ECHE to obtain training in one of the participating nations. The staff may participate in this activity's numerous trainings (such as on-the-job trainings, observations, etc.) to improve their abilities and skills in subjects relating to their current employment. The objectives are to improve the level of the staff in the current department or unit, to impart examples of best practices to their institution, and to acquire relevant experience in their specialized sectors. Our project's primary objectives were to accurately carry out the both staff and student mobilities at hand, have interest while doing them, and represent our country and university favorably in the international arena. The other aims of the project are as follows: 1.To give the opportunity to develop the capacity and professional abilities of students and teachers. 2.To give the chance to learn about the European labor market, which will increase their employability and help them land their first job. 3.To work on fundamental and interdisciplinary skills 4.To encourage student entrepreneurship and open up new job prospects and marketplaces. 5.To encourage students and instructors to learn other languages. 6.To improve connections with secondary schools 7.To guarantee that all participants have access to information and equal opportunity. 8.To guarantee that mobility activities are of high quality 9.To confirm the abilities participants developed while traveling overseas The Erasmus Program fosters European citizenship, human rights, and tolerance among students, improving their lifelong learning abilities. With this project, many students gained a chance to participate in the program for the first time while gaining cultural awareness. The program promotes learning and experiencing foreign cultures, promoting knowledge of the host country and Türkiye, while also providing a chance to mingle and experience a foreign culture and educational background. With this project, we have aimed to improve both students and staff's ability for lifelong learning.
