Our goals included improving instruction, staff and student assessments, quality control, administration, creativity, knowledge base, digital and entrepreneurial skills, and internationalization of our university. With this project, we enhanced the training of academics and continuous professional development to affect the longer term quality of our university’s education system. Moreover, the primary objective of our project was to effectively represent our nation and our university on a global scale. Our aim was to make effective use of the whole funding that was given to our institution. We wanted to establish as many new bilateral agreements as possible, particularly through sending students and staff from all departments and programs. We made an effort to reach the required amount of staff and student mobility.
