(MCBU) has achieved significant internationalization milestones through the Erasmus+ Program, facilitating higher education student and staff mobility within participating countries. These goals align with MCBU's strategic internationalization plan. The project has significantly enhanced all facets of international cooperation at MCBU. Understanding the strong link between the quality of academic programs, student satisfaction, and personal mobility experiences, the university's management actively endorses initiatives from individual academic and administrative staff members, research teams, and student organizations. Participation in this project has been a cornerstone of MCBU's internationalization strategy. It fosters student and staff mobility, promotes cross-border teaching activities, and highlights the importance of showcasing the results of these initiatives. Crucially, MCBU is committed to non-discrimination, ensuring all participants are treated equitably, with fairness, transparency, and consistency. A key objective of the project was to achieve a balanced flow of incoming and outgoing mobilities, thereby encouraging student exchanges.
