This consortium project, coordinated/led by Gazi University, aimed to enhance the professional and personal development of students, improve the professional knowledge and skills of administrative staff, and support the internationalization of academics. Additionally, the project aimed to contribute to the development of students' professional and personal skills to help them find jobs and work in more qualified positions. Another goal of the project was to provide opportunities for students to improve their foreign language skills. Through the staff mobility carried out under this project, the administrative staff was expected to transfer innovative practices to their universities. Furthermore, academic staff participated in educational and teaching activities, with the aim of increasing the number of joint scientific publications, conferences, and projects with academics from the host institutions through these mobilities.
