The project was carried out at Dicle University as a mobility program with the Program countries under the Learning Mobility of Higher Education Students and Staff program under the Key Action 1, Learning Mobility of Individuals Program. The selection of the beneficiary candidates was completed fully in accordance with the Erasmus University Charter and the provisions of the Erasmus Implementation Manual. In the selection process for the Student Mobility for Learning and Student Mobility for Internship Programs, a foreign language exam was administered by Dicle University School of Foreign Languages. After the exam; 50% of the students were ranked according to their grade point averages and 50% according to their exam scores, and the beneficiary candidates were announced according to the quotas allocated to the departments. An orientation program was organized for the beneficiary candidates selected from the Student Mobility Program, and then the students were placed with their university preferences and their candidacy was notified to the higher education institutions they planned to attend. Afterwards, support was provided to the students to fill out the necessary application documents and the necessary acceptance documents were provided for the mobility of the students.
