Within the scope of the consortium project numbered 2022-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000065415, supported by the Turkish National Agency, various internship mobility opportunities were provided for undergraduate and graduate students studying at our university and consortium partners over a two-year period. Additionally, the project offered training mobility opportunities for academic and administrative staff working at the respective universities. In this context, the aim was to maximize the participation of the target number of participants, as indicated in the project application submitted to the Turkish National Agency, and to utilize the allocated budget most efficiently. The project aimed to enhance the personal development and academic skills of participants from diverse backgrounds and experiences by exchanging knowledge and expertise and promoting student and staff exchange among program countries. Another objective of the project was to ensure that students from all educational levels can benefit from this program.
