Our aim in carrying out mobility projects was to provide professional development opportunities to our youth workers. We sought to offer non-formal learning approaches and methods, while also establishing and joining international networks in the field of youth. Through the skills and competences gained via Erasmus+ Projects, we aimed to deliver high-quality and efficient youth work to our beneficiaries. Our goals included reducing prejudices and stereotypes, enhancing our capacity in youth work and international cooperation, and improving the language and intercultural skills of our youth workers. We aimed to produce materials, digital outputs, and manuals that would benefit the youth in general. Moreover, our objective was to provide opportunities for youth with fewer opportunities, from diverse backgrounds and cultures, to engage in youth work, democracy, and decision-making processes. We achieved this through webinars, face-to-face meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns. Additionally, we aimed to develop digital literacy, critical thinking, and media literacy skills among our participants, guiding them to utilize these skills for active citizenship and participation in democracy. We strived to offer mobility opportunities to young people through Youth Exchanges, helping them develop their professional, personal, and social skills. Our networking activities were aligned with our objectives, focusing on establishing and joining platforms and networks of youth organizations from various sectors, thus enhancing our international cooperation skills. The staff participated in trainings and seminars, which were closely tied to our aims. These sessions aimed to enhance the professional development of youth workers, enabling them to bring quality to their work with youth, including those with fewer opportunities and marginalized backgrounds. The staff were equipped with intercultural and multilingual communication skills, as well as non-formal learning methods and digital tools for learning. They were also made aware of eco-friendly activities promoting a sustainable environment and were encouraged to find or create high-quality tools, methods, materials, and manuals for youth work. Under the theme "Time to Act for Youth!" Youth Exchanges were executed, bringing young groups together for workshops, debates, outdoor activities, and exercises. This enabled the involvement of young people with fewer opportunities to engage with peers from diverse cultures, fostering skill and knowledge development. Our objectives were realized by providing non-formal learning and learning-to-learn skills to young individuals. We successfully improved their language skills and intercultural understanding while instilling an appreciation for European values. Furthermore, participants received a Youthpass, recognizing their new skills and growth. Our efforts extended to raising awareness about solidarity and societal challenges, encouraging active participation in finding solutions to global issues. These encompassed concerns like global warming, climate change, detrimental behavior towards the environment, hate speech, active democratic involvement, and a lack of solidarity in addressing common societal problems.
