Objectives

Unhealthy nutrition, one of the biggest problems of today, can be a problem for individuals of all ages, from infancy to old age. Especially in our age when there is a lot of ready-to-eat nutrition, the increase in obesity and the emergence of various diseases accordingly become inevitable. Due to hearsay information about healthy nutrition, the occurrence of diseases cannot be prevented as a result of individuals eating very little food or not getting the food groups that the body needs. Healthy eating; It covers all of the situations such as high energy of the body, good appearance, positive mood. Even in one of these situations, disconnection creates negative effects on the psychology of the individual. The basis of a healthy life is a healthy diet. The most important rule of a healthy diet is to consume healthy and safe foods. When the unemployment rates in the countries are analyzed, they are Slovakia (33.9 percent), Romania (32.9 percent), Italy (27.8 percent), Croatia (23.7 percent), Belgium (22.4 percent).
