Objectives

Based on our research, it has been revealed that youth unemployment is a problem, and the issue we aim to address in our project is the high rate of youth unemployment and the scarcity of an entrepreneurial culture among young individuals. European countries and Turkey have recognized that undertaking initiatives that promote entrepreneurship and foster an entrepreneurial culture can help prevent unemployment and create new employment opportunities. Consequently, our project focuses on the need to implement supportive international activities and enhance young individuals' knowledge, skills, and behaviors related not only to entrepreneurship at the national and local levels but also at the international level, and to foster the dissemination of an entrepreneurial culture among young people. As Capsule Technology Platform, one of our primary areas of focus is entrepreneurship, and the reasons for undertaking this project and our project objectives are defined as follows: Regarding the Participants: To cultivate an entrepreneurial culture among university students, recent graduates, and unemployed youth aged 18 to 25. To bring forth certain latent characteristics related to their entrepreneurial potential, in other words, to reveal and make them aware of their potentials. To inspire young individuals towards entrepreneurship. To positively enhance their knowledge, skills, and behaviors concerning entrepreneurship through workshop activities incorporated within the project. To engage young participants in the "Simulation Entrepreneurship Ecosystem" through the utilization of drama techniques, enabling them to gain experiential knowledge and increase awareness about the subject. To contribute positively to young individuals' learning of fundamental concepts related to entrepreneurship through interactive workshop activities that facilitate experiential learning. Regarding Partner Institutions: To provide support for capacity development. To encourage sharing of experiences among partner institutions, facilitating the establishment of long-term collaborations. To contribute to the development of international working capabilities and partnerships. To diversify youth work that partner organizations can implement locally. Other Objectives: To achieve the priorities and principles of the Erasmus program. In conclusion, the project aims to tackle the issue of youth unemployment and promote entrepreneurship among young individuals. Through international activities and collaborations, we seek to empower young people and institutions and foster an entrepreneurial culture both locally and internationally.
