Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and social entrepreneurship activities hold significant importance for societies worldwide. Turkey has made substantial investments in various projects related to NGOs and social entrepreneurship through its ministries, with a particular focus on youth. In today’s rapidly evolving century, entrepreneurship is increasingly recognized not only as an economic phenomenon but also as a political, social, cultural, and societal factor. As a rising value in modern times and one of the key drivers of national development, social entrepreneurship garners growing attention for its mission to enhance social awareness and sensitivity, as well as for its innovative products and services that focus on creating social value. Consequently, it is imperative to approach social policy not solely through the lens of government as the primary actor but as a multi-stakeholder effort involving the public sector, private enterprises, NGOs, universities, and active citizens. The significance of equal opportunity is particularly pronounced for developing and underdeveloped countries. The ability to benefit from equal opportunities is often influenced by social class variables. In this context, the objectives of the project are as follows: - To provide young people with greater access to equal opportunities in education and employment by fostering interactions with peers from different regions, cities, and countries. - To promote intercultural dialogue, learning, and education. - To enhance young people's knowledge, skills, perspectives, and attitudes. - To break down prejudices among youth and strengthen their bonds. - To increase awareness among young people in different countries about social issues, thereby encouraging their active participation in society. - To support sustainable social entrepreneurship and equal opportunities by organizing various meetings and seminars. - To enable young professionals to build collaborative networks. - To help young professionals establish strong communication networks. - To facilitate the creation of a joint program by youth participants in the areas of social entrepreneurship, equal opportunity, volunteering, and employment. - To reach a total of 30 young individuals, comprising 15 from Turkey and 15 from the Netherlands, who are enthusiastic about self-development in the fields of social entrepreneurship, equal opportunity, volunteering, and employment, including both volunteers and professionals actively engaged in these areas.
